The highest position of all the Dragonwarriors is the Dragonmaster. He or she is an expert on tactics, fighting, leading and learning, and they are the head of all the Dragonhalls. This person lives in the Court, and is second only to the Monarch in terms of power, acting as the head of all affairs to do with the Dragons, and adviser to the Monarch in all else..
Below this dragonrider are the Dragonlords or Dragonladies, who have tremendous skill in all of the above areas, though are also Teachers and advisers to the Dragonmaster. There is always one Dragonlord or Dragonlady (and often both if the Dragonlord/lady has a mate equally skilled as they) for each Dragonhall, and they are appointed overseers by the Dragonmaster. they are always intelligent people, with the ability to listen, and skilled in ways of fighting.
Below them are the Flight leaders, the commanders of groups of 30-50 Dragonwarriors, appointed by their Dragonmaster. Below these are Talonleaders, appointed by the Dragonmaster at the advice of the Flight leaders. Talonleaders are commanders within a Flight, and are leaders of about 10 Dragonwarriors depending on the size of the Flight.
Next are the Dragonteachers, or generally called Instructors, who teach the Trainees and newly Bonded, based on their specialties. The basic Teachers are the Magic Instructor, Flying Instructor, Close Range Combat instructor, Archery Instructor, History Instructor, Etiquette Instructor and Orientation Instructor. Then come the general Dragonwarriors, or the riders themselves, who hold up the entire system. Then are the Dragon Trainees, who are newly bonded with Dragons, in their first 5 years of training. Lastly come Trainees, who are always young, and learning skills required of a dragonwarrior.
